I'm not a consultant who learned about small businesses from a textbook. I've worked in aerospace and oilfield operations, behind bars and at retail counters, in office administration and on warehouse floors. I've been in the trenches of real work — and I know exactly what it costs a small business owner to stay buried in paperwork instead of doing the work they're actually good at.

I also grew up watching it. My father was a small business owner his entire life — talented at his craft, tireless in his work, and constantly wrestling with the same administrative weight that pulls so many good operators down. I watched him carry that load for decades. Red Dirt Sidekick is, in part, my answer to that — the support I wish he'd had.
